Return / Reprint Policy:

RETURNS and REPRINTS:
Returns will be accepted through December 15th for reprint only if the following occurs: delivery damage, misprints occuring by our printing department, or if we err in sending you the incorrect card style you selected.
Your replacement order will be shipped within 24-48 hrs. via UPS delivery at no cost to you.
If you contact us at 866-895-2378, we can issue you a return ID# and a pick-up tag will be called into UPS or another delivery service to pick up the items being returned.
You must return these cards or you will be charged for the original order, reprints and delivery.
For any claims received after December 15th, Please call our customer care department for personalized speedy service.
